How a hackathon team shipped Kairos in a day with spawnpoint
Kiran Devihosur and three teammates built Kairos in one day at Patch the Conference, a hackathon in San Francisco. Their coding agent put it online with spawnpoint, and Kairos won the hackathon's Bright Data track and its $1,500 prize. It is live at kairos.spwt.app.
spawnpoint made deployment incredibly easy for us during the hackathon. We were able to go from building with coding agents to having a live, shareable app without spending time setting up deployment infrastructure ourselves. It let us stay focused on the product and ship much faster.

Kairos is a networking companion for job seekers. You give it your career goals and a link to an event's public page, and it works out who will be in the room and who you should talk to: the speakers, judges, mentors, and attendees the event lists. After a conversation you record a quick voice note. Kairos keeps it with that person, remembers them at the next event, and drafts a follow-up from what the two of you talked about.
The team built it on three tools. Bright Data reads the event pages. FalkorDB, a graph database, is Kairos's memory: it connects your goals to the people, companies, events, and conversations it has seen, which is how Kairos decides who to put first. OpenAI turns each event page into a list of people, writes down the voice notes, and drafts the follow-ups.
They built Kairos with coding agents, and when a version was ready, the agent sent it to spawnpoint and handed back the link. In the team's post about the win, Kiran wrote that deploying straight from the agent "meant we could spend more of the hackathon building the product." The code is on GitHub.
